Sotham Engineering is an established, privately-owned M&E contractor. We have offices in Cambridge and Norwich and directly employ around around 75 staff, with sales for the most recently audited financial year of approximately £10m. An approachable, skilled and experienced team, we foster an internal culture of integrity, reliability and continuous improvement that runs throughout the business, helping to establish our position as a trusted partner for a diverse range of clients. We enjoy a low staff turnover and operate a policy of continuous investment in training, equipment and infrastructure. In house, mechanical & electrical installation teams mean we are less reliant on subcontract labour, and therefore able to provide a consistently reliable and high quality service that is underpinned by best-practice project management principles.
