generativ: Information

Since 2018, we have supported demanding enterprises, public administrations, and research institutions in regulated environments in driving structured digital transformation. We combine organizational design, process architecture, and technical implementation into scalable, resilient solutions. As an Atlassian Platinum Solution Partner based in Zurich, we design and implement integrated platform architectures built on Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management—enabling high-performing product, project, and service organizations. Our focus includes process digitalization, service management, structuring complex project and product landscapes, and the sustainable evolution of existing systems. We take a holistic approach to structure, accountability, and governance. The result: systems that remain reliable under regulatory, organizational, and operational demands.
