GDFM is a boutique management consultancy which specialises in providing business consulting and managed service solutions that support our clients across business design, risk advisory and regulatory compliance. GDFM exists to enable our clients to focus on their core business activities. We help our clients to maximise opportunities and overcome disruption in what is an ever changing marketplace. At the heart of everything we do is our consultative approach, we take the time to listen to our clients’ needs and then work collaboratively to develop a solution and engagement model that enables the delivery of successful outcomes. Founded in 2016 by our Founding Partners; Paul Saunders and Jon Szehofner, we understand that our people are our most important asset. We believe that by fostering a culture of shared values we energise collaboration and innovation, and ultimately drive better client outcomes.
