Gateau has 22 stores in Stockholm, 10 stores in Malmö and five stores in central Gothenburg. The bread is baked according to traditional French recipes, each bread is baked slowly by hand with natural ingredients. Gateau have a wide range of cakes and pastries, such as French mousse, princess–and fruitcakes, cheesecakes, cupcakes and desserts.
