Clif Bar was born on a bike. In 1990, Gary Erickson set off on a 175-mile bike ride. Exhausted and hungry, he realized he couldn’t take another bite of the energy bars he brought along. In that moment he now calls ‘the epiphany,’ he had the idea to make a better tasting energy bar.
Guided by Five Aspirations – Sustaining our People, our Business, our Brands, our Community and the Planet – Clif Bar is a family- and employee- owned company that loves food. We believe that food provides health, joy and energy to do the things we are passionate about. The food we create is good for people and the planet.
We believe that happy, healthy people create the best food. We want to help our people live the lives they want to live so we’ve created an environment where our people can grow and succeed both personally and professionally. We strive to:
• Create a company culture that inspires and supports our people in and outside work.
• Sustain our people with competitive pay and innovative benefits and holistic wellness offerings.
• Hire the right people for the right positions and support them to grow in their current and future roles.
Working at Clif Bar is a chance to make impactful changes. To your career. To your community. To the planet. And, to your life!
KIND is more than just a brand of whole nut and fruit bars made from ingredients you can see and pronounce®—it is also a movement and way of being. At KIND, we aim to make the world a bit kinder through all that we do and how we do it—from the products we create to the way we work, live and give back. And that may be why nutritionists, foodies and social leaders alike all agree that KIND is the best snack around!
We're looking for passionate, conscious collaborators to help us meet our goals: to inspire kindness, with one tasty snack (and good act) at a time. If that's you, check out our open positions: https://boards.greenhouse.io/kindsnacks
Mark Sisson, New York Times bestselling author, media personality, and ex-endurance athlete (5th place USA Marathon Championship, 4th place Hawaii Ironman finish) founded Primal Kitchen in 2015. He has been educating the world on nutrition and the benefits of high-quality fats and protein since 2016 via his blog, MarksDailyApple.com. Mark is the author of numerous books, including The Primal Blueprint, which was credited with turbocharging the growth of the Primal/paleo movement back in 2009. He launched PrimalBlueprint.com shortly thereafter to sell state-of-the art supplements, books, and online courses that address the challenges of living in the modern world.
In 2015, Mark set out to create the world’s best-tasting, real-food pantry staples. Primal Kitchen delivers on its promise to create uncompromisingly delicious products that are free of dairy, gluten, grains, and soy, and emphasize beneficial fats and high-quality proteins. Primal Kitchen is the maker of the number one selling condiment, Mayo with Avocado, and number one selling salad dressing, Ranch Dressing, in natural grocery. As Mark would say, Eat Like Your Life Depends on It, because it does. Learn more at primalkitchen.com.
