Mountain Consulting, Inc. (MC), is an SBA Certified 8(a), HUBZone, Woman Owned Small Business Concern providing construction and professional services nationwide. MC provides design build, construction, project management, engineering, land survey, and technical services to both public and private clients, as well as non-profit organizations. We are registered Professional Engineers in Delaware and Maryland and have a network of Professional Land Surveyors licensed throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region. Our Department of Defense experience includes Construction, Fire Detection & Mass Notification Design and Installation, Bridge Maintenance and Repair, Military Housing Privatization, Resident Construction Management, Contract Program Management, Title II Services, and Project Oversight.
