Garrison Ash provides independent, outsourced Approved Provider status to aged care owners in Australia. We are committed to supporting and maintaining small-to-medium organisations within the aged care industry. We seek to help them achieve their objectives of operation, excellence and profitability. Since 2002, Garrison Ash has focused on providing excellence in services to and for our direct clients. Our passion is to make a difference within the aged care industry by providing aged care facilities with the assistance required to improve their operating processes and systems. Garrison Ash specialises in three main areas: • Leasing – we lease existing aged care facilities from aged care owners and take on the responsibility of running the facility end-to-end whilst providing owners with an agreed monthly return. • Investment and Development – we assist in developing retirement villages and aged care facilities for those interested in investing in the industry, providing our extensive resources and experience. • Consulting Services – we conduct external audits of your facility and provide a diagnostic report on the following areas: marketing, accounting/financial management, operations management, IT and organisational performance.
