Garden of Yoga provides Yoga classes six days a week, for even the busiest schedules. To help you deepen your understanding of Yoga we host monthly topic workshops, sponsor senior teachers from out of town, and offer advanced studies courses and teacher training. The staff at Garden of Yoga are continually working to provide the community with classes that are uplifting and nourishing to body, mind, and spirit. We are also "home" to Alive and Well, a fabulous resource for lecturers and practitioners in Thai Massage Therapy, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Flower Essence Therapy and Therapeutic Yoga. Workshops and classes with Kathleen, Patricia Layton, Janet MacCleod and William Hunt qualify as Continuing Education Unit credits for Yoga Alliance Teachers Registry. All of these teachers are recognised by the Yoga Alliance as ERYT (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher) of over 500 hours.
