Future Shack focuses on developing and co-financing shows for global audiences, taking advantage of a growing space in the market for non-affiliated production companies to service streamers and traditional linear networks. Future Shack was founded by CEO Jeff Wachtel, to blend the creative and business sides of the television industry. Building off the “Blue Skies” genre Jeff helped pioneer while running USA Network, where he oversaw series including 𝗦𝗨𝗜𝗧𝗦, 𝗠𝗢𝗡𝗞, and 𝗡𝗘𝗖𝗘𝗦𝗦𝗔𝗥𝗬 𝗥𝗢𝗨𝗚𝗛𝗡𝗘𝗦𝗦. Future Shack is airing a second season of 𝗠𝗨𝗥𝗗𝗘𝗥 𝗜𝗡 𝗔 𝗦𝗠𝗔𝗟𝗟 𝗧𝗢𝗪𝗡 for Fox, and 𝗚𝗢𝗢𝗗 𝗖𝗢𝗣/𝗕𝗔𝗗 𝗖𝗢𝗣 is currently available on HBO Max and Amazon Prime and was a top-5 Amazon series this summer. Future Shack is also developing numerous high-profile projects for global streamers and broadcast networks, including an adaptation of the award winning 𝗘𝗡𝗗𝗘𝗥'𝗦 𝗚𝗔𝗠𝗘 series, 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗟𝗢𝗡𝗚 𝗙𝗔𝗟𝗟 with Walter Mosely, and an adaptation of 𝗥𝗔𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗟 𝗥𝗜𝗦𝗜𝗡𝗚, the award winning 42-issue comic book series created by Terry Moore.
