In just a short period of time our technology platform and knowledge sharing has helped ITS become the one of the most highly regarded CRM companies in the fast growing Chinese market, said Chow. The IP solution was developed in-house by the seasoned FFP IT team and it currently supports 1,000 US based customer service agents from multiple facilities on an extensive IP WAN network. .
