Frogmore is a UK-focused real estate investment manager. Founded in 1961 and based in London, Frogmore has 65 years’ of experience of investing in UK commercial real estate. Over its history, the firm has pursued active value creation strategies across multiple sectors including retail, office, residential, industrial and alternatives such as retirement park homes, student housing, data centres, and hotels. The senior team has extensive experience and recognition in the marketplace; and has carried out over £7bn of acquisitions since 1995 through their strong network of relationships. A high degree of teamwork, rigorous discipline and risk management from deal sourcing to the exit positioned Frogmore as a leader in real estate fund management in the UK. In 2006, Frogmore launched its first co-mingled real estate fund, Frogmore Real Estate Partners L.P. (FREP I) and closed it with c£330m in investor commitments. Its successor fund (FREP II) closed in 2009 having raised c£195m. In 2015, Frogmore successfully closed a value-add fund (FREP III) at c£400m commitments globally and added a fourth value add fund (FREP IV), raising £150m, in 2020. In 2025 the team announce the decision to wind down the Fund Management business and return to being a private property company.
