Frogmore is a UK-focused real estate investment manager. Founded in 1961 and based in London, Frogmore has 65 years’ of experience of investing in UK commercial real estate. Over its history, the firm has pursued active value creation strategies across multiple sectors including retail, office, residential, industrial and alternatives such as retirement park homes, student housing, data centres, and hotels. The senior team has extensive experience and recognition in the marketplace; and has carried out over £7bn of acquisitions since 1995 through their strong network of relationships. In 2015, Frogmore successfully closed a value-add fund (FREP III) at c£400m commitments globally and added a fourth value add fund (FREP IV), raising £150m, in 2020. In 2025 the team announce the decision to wind down the Fund Management business and return to being a private property company.
