Freshbak is a Bakioğlu Holding establishment. Bakioğlu Holding is one of the leading companies in the flexible packaging sector with 1800 employees and 9 companies. In 2016, Freshbak Crispy company has been established. Invested over 6000m2 of land in Pancar Organized Industrial Zone to 600 tons capacity, freeze dry technology which is the first among the existing drying technologies in Turkey. As the new face of the “healthy snack” business, we are proud to be offering healthy, sugar-free, gluten-free, and no-additive products by eliminating the off-season concept and ensuring availability at all times. Freshbak Crispy is currently producing 150 tons of freeze-dried fruits and vegetables annually. Freeze drying is one of the unique methods used to protect foods. During this process, the water in the food is removed in a frozen state by a process known as sublimation, and all nutritional value is kept inside. In line with our management and production strategies, Freshbak has taken the knowledge and experience it has acquired in the sector as a primary vision to be an advanced, respectable, and sustainable organization with its environmental impact and social responsibility awareness in all our products.
