Orkide has grown into a world class supplier of many specialty vegetable oils. Orkide produces, supplies, and packages specialty oils to fit the needs of selected markets. Orkide is one of the largest edible oil refining plant in Turkey. We store, refine and ship both domestically and internationally in excess of 365,000 metric tons (3.1 million barrel) of specialty oils each year. Our customer/client list includes many of the world’s largest food and processing companies. We also service medium and small domestic and international geographic micro-markets. At present, Orkide’s production capacity is 1,000 metric tons (8400 barrel) daily and approximately 100 million liters in consumer packing are exported annually and this figure continues to rise steeply. Orkide selects the best quality oil directly from the finest oil mills to provide its end consumers and world trade with a complete distinctive range of oil aimed at meeting consumer needs and on promoting the use of olive oil, a symbol of the Aegean / Mediterranean diet, all over the world. Orkide is Turkey’s largest edible oils and vegetable fats manufacturer and one of the world’s leading brands of edible oils. It is produced and exported by Kucukbay, company that was founded in 1978.
