Fresh Air Fridays Information

Fresh Air Fridays works in businesses, organisations and communities , teaching tools and techniques that support mental and emotional wellbeing. We do this by taking people outside - changing their physical space to change their head space. Our programmes are proven to have a positive impact on participants and we are proud to work with a number of important organisations to support the wellbeing of leaders and their teams.
