French Gourmet manufactures a collection of artisan pre-proofed frozen croissants and unique Danish pastries ready to bake from freezer to oven. Our ‘Make Your Own’ line is made up of pre-proofed butter and whole wheat squares; as well as proof-and-bake Danish dough sheets, slabs, logs and croissant triangles. In addition we offer a line of seasonal Danish pastries made with fillings to fit the seasons. We only use all natural ingredients and have been manufacturing for over thirty years.
