Freebit is the owner of an Intellectual Property (IP) portfolio including several design and utility patents that are granted in all major markets around the world. Our core innovation is the ergonomically C-shaped Freebit ear interface, which is being applied widely by multiple brands worldwide and setting a new world standard. Freebit offer license agreements where manufacturers and suppliers of earphones and Bluetooth devices are granted the right to utilize patents for their own – often already existing – earphones. Since 2007 Freebit has done extensive research in the field of human ear anatomy and ergonomics.
