Sfty [safety] has developed a platform tailored to apartment buildings and the Multifamily market. With new technology we simplify management and communication in between devices and residents with IoT devices. The admin tool "sfty Control", a complete and simple web based control portal, so those responsible for the safety in an MDU always have an eye on the smoke and water leak detectors building wide and get notified if anything happen in the building. With two devices, we manage and report smoke levels, water leaks, temperature and humidity (RF), to start with... We have developed an affordable and disruptive white label solution for apartment buildings (MDUs). Also, we have in our safety app a way to build your own social safety network to alert family, friends and neighbors.
