We support Day-0 founders as whole humans so they can build brilliant, investable companies without compromising their convictions. We believe founders are the core atomic unit of the startup ecosystem. Venture success is less about the strength of an idea or the size of the TAM, and almost entirely about the conviction and emotional health of the founder. When a founder is equipped with tools, coaches, and peers that help them understand themselves, their customers, and their teammates honestly, they build sturdier companies with more secure investable futures as compared to their peers pursuing the traditional venture capital routes of today. Foundery exists with the singular purpose to equip Day-0 founders with the tools and support they need to withstand the emotional rollercoaster of the earliest stages of building a company, so that they can make the impact of their vision real and generate fruitful returns, without sacrificing themselves, their teams, or their convictions.
