Fortean Times is a monthly magazine of news, reviews and research on strange phenomena and experiences. It was founded by Bob Rickard in 1973 to continue the work of the American writer and collector of anomalies, Charles Fort (1874-1932), and has been edited by David Sutton since 2004. Besides being a journal of record, FT is also a forum for the discussion of observations and ideas, however absurd or unpopular, and maintains a position of benevolent scepticism towards both the orthodox and unorthodox. * Dr Wilhelm Reich was the subject of 'It Can Be Done' (1999), a short dramatic motion picture by former BBC documentary filmmaker, Jon East, which was nominated for the Silver Lion at the Venice Film Festival.
