Established in 1976 and headquartered in Michigan, Form Tech has specialized in supplying concrete formwork to contractors for more than 40 years. Upon inception, Form Tech became the first independent formwork supplier in the USA, focused mainly on the Symons Steel-Ply Forming System. With a current inventory of nearly 1.5 million square feet, we maintain and distribute the largest working fleet of Steel-Ply in the USA. However, and even though Steel-Ply remains one of Form Tech’s core products, it represents less than half of the company’s total business today. Over the years, continuing investments in a number of other wall and slab formwork products, including Light and Heavy Clamp Systems, 10K Frame Shoring, Drop Head Shoring Components, High Capacity Aluminum Legs, and numerous other components, hardware and accessories has made Form Tech a complete formwork source for contractors of all sizes. Today, we represent many of the industry’s most recognized brands and have a long history of providing the professional planning, engineering, and jobsite service to complete virtually any formwork project. We take pride in not only being able to offer our customers multiple formwork systems, but more so, for having the expertise to identify and recommend the best options. Supported by our formwork designers and seven fully-stocked, fully staffed facilities throughout the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic, our expert field specialists are able to provide industry leading service and support consistently. Over the last 40+ years Form Tech has completed thousands of jobs with a wide range of contractors. With each engagement we have strived for a positive customer experience. By doing so, we’ve been rewarded with a long list of successful projects and ongoing customer relationships, some of which date back to when the company was originally founded.
