Our role is not accounting or day-to-day operations. We work at the system level to: - Identify where EBITDA is being lost - Design simple, scalable operational systems - Help ensure those systems are implemented effectively How We Work Engagements are structured across three areas: 1. Operating Partnership (Retainer) Ongoing involvement focused on performance, decision-making, and system improvement. 2. System Implementation (Projects) Time-bound work to install workflows, controls, and operational infrastructure when internal teams cannot. 3. Deal & Acquisition Support Supporting investors and owners in identifying and executing operational improvement opportunities.
