Of course we are a bunch of coffee nerds. After having tasted all kinds of third party coffee, we wanted specific roasts we were not able to find elsewhere. So we had to find our own beans and start roasting. There was just no way back. Eventually, we saw a way to reach all the coffee lovers out there by going online. If you know coffee afficionados that are still not online, why not send them our coffee as a gift? Over the years we've just gotten more picky about every aspect of the whole process. Our love for coffee and passion for excellence have enabled us to create some of the best coffee we have ever tasted. We hope to continue our work for a larger audience without sacrificing our precise and controlled techniques. We think we have found the right balance and hope you will give us feedback on the quality of our coffee.
