At Focus Strategy our aim is to guide organisations through a process of deliberate decision making. Strategy is all about making choices. To do this, businesses need to create options - distinctively different possibilities that address strategic challenges head on. The goal should be to select the best choice, not the first choice. Whats capabilities will you need? 5. Where management systems are required to hold this together? Drawing on the principles of human centered design, we will use a combination of creatively and rigor to design smart, focused and defensible strategy choices to deliver competitive advantage. We also coach Leaders to effectively catalyse the decisions made through strong, clear and consistent communication to influence and direct others. Leaders need inspire and motivate, which is a skill few leaders possess, but all can learn.
