Nobu, the world-renowned Japanese restaurant recognized for pioneering a new-style Japanese cuisine, started as a business partnership in 1994 between Chef Nobu Matsuhisa and his partners, Academy Award-winning actor Robert De Niro, producer Meir Teper, and restaurateur Drew Nieporent.

Sushi is prepared fresh daily at Sushi Avenue, Inc. We began in 2004 by placing chefs in grocery stores to create sushi sold in the cases. Since then, we have expanded our offerings to include hot foods. Select stores serve rice bowls, ramen, and steamed buns, also made fresh daily. We serve retail, office, and college locations across the country. In 2011, we opened our first full-service restaurant, Masu Sushi and Robata. Our fast-casual restaurant, One Two Three Sushi, opened in 2013. The restaurants offer a unique opportunity to test new roll combinations and recipes that can be brought to the stores.
