OUR MANIFESTO Coffee We believe coffee is best when it’s roasted days before drinking, perfectly ground, and extracted under the exact pressure and temperature. We will source only the finest, freshly roasted fairtrade specialty coffee in the UK, privately partnering with local roasters. You’ll love it alongside our freshly baked cakes, pastries, and sandwiches. Never fear tea drinkers, we will also be serving a variety of exceptional loose-leaf teas. Community We believe that a full life comes through relationships. Therefore, we want to be a “third place” for people to gather (a place apart from home and work). We also want to be a place that hosts events that foster wholeness and enriches the local community. Generosity We believe that it is better to give than to receive. Therefore, we are making a bold promise to give or invest 100% of our surplus back into people and community charitable projects.
