FLOWGA Studio is Hong Kong’s first beat bumpin’, candlelit yoga studio that uses state-of-the-art infrared technology for heating (35 to 40°C). We are a community focused hot yoga studio tucked away in the heart of Lan Kwai Fong. Our practice is motivated by beats and taught by passionate teachers who will make you work hard and sweat.
