CircuitKore Series: A powerful and comprehensive workout combining strength and high intensity training components creating a fun, challenging and heart pumping class. YogaKore Series: An active, mindful and energetic flow combining static postures with dynamic transitions. This class strikes the perfect balance of strength and stability.
