Floatation therapy is one of the purest forms of stress relief and relaxation available today. Some describe it as the most amazing feeling ever - pure, blissful lightness and peace, enlightening, rejuvenating, but always deeply, deeply relaxing. Each float pod contains 1000 litres of water with over 500 kilograms of dissolved Epsom Salts (magnesium sulphate). This solution allows you to float effortlessly on the water’s surface. With the water and air heated to skin temperature (35.5°C), it is virtually impossible to distinguish where your body ends and the water begins. This in effect creates an extraordinarily relaxing environment that gives you the sensation of floating in zero-gravity. Floating provides relief from back pain, muscular pain, insomnia, arthritis, fibromyalgia - it's also fantastic during pregnancy (second and third trimester only).
