Flex-N-Fly is a travel wellness company dedicated to supporting the mental and physical well-being of anxious travelers within airports and aviation environments. We bring wellness studios into airports. We provide guided stretching, yoga, and relaxation classes designed specifically for travelers, pilots, flight attendants, and flight crews who experience stress and anxiety before, during, and after flight. Our goal is to make mental health a priority in travel while creating a sense of calm and community in spaces built for speed. We created The Flex 35, our signature airport-based class offering designed to fit effortlessly into the travel journey. Available in 15 and 30-minute sessions, these classes include stretching, yoga, mobility, tai chi, and other restorative practices that are accessible, inclusive, and thoughtfully crafted for travelers. In addition to our on-site experiences, we offer in-flight wellness programs that help travelers regulate their nervous system and stay grounded while in the air. Beyond our wellness services, Flex-N-Fly has built a thriving e-commerce business centered around thoughtfully designed, eco-friendly products for the minimalist traveler. Our best-selling Flex | Bags and Flex | Mats! The Flex | Mats come in 2 versions. One is a lightweight, foldable, travel-ready mat designed for movement on the go, while the Flex | Bag blends function and style to support intentional, organized travel.
