Flame n Grill has been changing the perceptions and experience of Indian cuisine in Mauritius since commencing operations in August 2012. Our restaurant offers the warmth and flavours of authentic Indian cuisine to our discerning guests. The group's restaurant, at Quatre Bornes has been consistently rated amongst the best restaurants on the island. Since being listed on the Trip Advisor site, it has been awarded the prestigious Certificate of Excellence continuoulsy for the years 2014,2015,2016,2017,2018 and 2019. The group also handles successful outside catering operations having served high profile clients on the island. We are the preferred caterer for several corporate houses. Our services may be hired for planning and execution of exclusive catering events ranging from 8 to 500 guests. Our chefs can customize the menus to suit your requirement and oversee planning and execution of the events at your venue of choice.
