In particular we’ll help you create a level playing field for tendering ensuring you get exactly what you want, pay less for it and if you’re a developer or end user, provide your contractor with the makings of an FF&E package that should be simple to procure and to deliver. If you’re a contractor you’ll want to know that as well as backing ourselves to be competitive in tender we’re a safe pair of hands, and, having delivered over 70,000 bedrooms and kitchens in PBSA and BTR prior to forming Flagstaffe, you can be assured that the owners understand what good looks like. Our product is made by the same manufacturing partners as have always supported our previous work in the sectors so is tried and tested, many of the same fitters still work with us and we’re well supported by the same wider supply chain. As we’re privately owned, we set our own targets and our own limits.
