Fit4Skool Information

Fit4Skool is a new, innovative online resource to increase physical activity and healthy eating in school. It will support teachers in the delivery of the P.E. curriculum by incorporating fundamental movements and skills, warm-up games, stretches and assessments. The content is delivered through a digital learning platform allowing the children to engage in an exciting and stimulating manner. The content is age appropriate and students can access the programme at home using their individual access codes. Students are motivated to participate by earning Fit4Skool Points and content is updated fortnightly. The programme is also available to download as an app making it more accessible to teachers and students. Fit4Skool is designed and managed by Irish teachers to act as a practical classroom resource. Fit4Skool promotes a shared learning environment allowing teachers, principals and parents to provide students with the essential skills needed to lead an active and healthy life, 'Fit4Skool is Fit4Life'.
