Though the location of the retreats may change, Fit & Fly Girl retreats always have the same constants: stylish accommodations in either a private villa or boutique hotel, fitness classes taught by first-rate instructors flown in by Fit & Fly Girl, healthy and delicious food, wellness activities, spa treatments, cultural excursions, entertainment, and time for guests to care for themselves while forming new friendships with other women.
