FIT CHICKS Information

FIT CHICKS offers a variety of outdoor and indoor group fitness programs designed to dramatically change the way you look and feel in as little as 4 weeks! Our SMART, CHALLENGING and SASSY 4 and 8 week programs are based on RESULTS (even though they are super fun too!). Each program will get more intense week over week to keep your body challenged. From yoga to bootcamp to one on one training, each program is carefully constructed by our certified instructors (aka FIT CHICKS Extraordinaire) to get you the results you want as quickly as possible. And this is how we do it - 1. Create a butt kicking workout that burns tons of calories in the shortest amount of time. 2. Teach smart exercises that tone all squishy spots (butt, thighs, arms and abs) in under 1 hour. 3. Provide a fun, motivating way for chicks to spend their time. 4. Help you walk away feeling better about yourself than when you walked in.
