We are third party accredited specialists in fire safety consultancy, who have been trading for over twenty years and have conducted close to ten thousand fire risk assessments to date. The fire risk assessments undertaken by our staff are compliant with the recommendations of PAS 79-1:2020 and PAS 79-2:2020, the (Publicly Available Specification) which has been amended to meet the requirements of the RRO and also follows the Health and Safety Executive’s five-step risk assessment process. The fire risk assessments we undertake are bespoke to each premise and not based on computer ‘tick lists’ with prescribed recommendations; whereby in comparison, our reports are produced in a format which is easy to comprehend, detailed in content and based on the principal of reducing risks at minimum cost and disruption. As well as fire risk assessments, we provide help and assistance in matters such as alternative fire safety solutions, selecting a competent contractor, remedial action solution assistance, fire safety design evaluation and validation, construction phase fire inspections, pre-occupancy fire inspections and Type 3 fire inspections. For clients with large property portfolios, such as housing associations, we have developed an online cloud based fire portal which was established over five years ago. The portal enables clients to complete the fire risk management cycle. This, we feel, revolutionises the fire risk assessment process.
