Yes! We have outdoor patio dining (weather permitting) and indoor seating (first come, first serve). take-out & curb-side is available. Firebird Cafe has a new home! We have relocated a mile to 5-Corners, right in the heart of Essex Junction. The former 40s gas station has been converted into a spacious restaurant with 40+ seats (doubles our old location) and it has a large parking lot in the back. We serve breakfast all day. Our menu offers gluten free items and we only use fresh ingredients in our omelettes, burritos, panini, wraps, tacos, and in the rest of our menu. Our kid-friendly menu has pancakes, French toast, PB&J, cheesy quesadillas and fresh fruit. We also have espresso drinks and a large assortment of loose leaf organic teas. Friends, we will be closed on 07/04. The Firebirdies will be back serving your favorite dishes on Friday with regular hours.
