Finoptim Information

Finoptim is French start-up based in Grenoble specialized in wood combustion. Its first product enables energetic optimization of open fireplaces. Pollution reduction as well as retaining and recovering the heat which is commonly lost during combustion while keeping the structure and layout of existing fireplaces are Finoptim’s key feature. Innovation is in the heart of the project, the optimization innovate the traditional use of fireplaces and allows sustainable heat generation with wood, a fully renewable resource. Research and development is undertaken in public laboratories at Grenoble Institute of Technology (Grenoble INP). The young and ambitious entrepreneurs are supported by expertise from universities and Industry ensuring the success of the company. Finoptim wants to globalise its activities upon startup and engage in the European, American and emerging markets.
