Andy Huckaba - President/CEO and founder of Finity Technologies, Inc. Previously he served as Owner and President of the management consulting firm Huckaba & Associates. The firm worked in the areas of strategy and technology for companies in telecommunications, architecture, finance, banking, manufacturing, publishing, Internet development, advertising, healthcare and government. Client list included Sprint, Hallmark, Yellow Freight, First USA and Bank of America. Prior to Huckaba & Associates, Mr. Huckaba worked for Hallmark Cards where he led the Long Range Capacity Planning area and served on the Business Process Reengineering team in the early 1990s, documented in the book, Reengineering The Corporation. Mr. Huckaba is a Past Chairman of the Lenexa, KS Chamber of Commerce and a current City Councilman for Lenexa, Kansas. Doug Ballou - Mr. Ballou's 20+ years experience and accomplishments in the advertising industry have been integral to developing the Finity concept. A few highlights of his recent activities include: Development of integrated, closed loop sales and marketing system for Yellow Freight System, a Fortune 200 transportation and logistics company. While Director of Strategic Planning for Valentine Radford, Mr. Ballou was the lead agency consultant with Bayer senior marketing management on their North American CRM strategies, ROI models and scenarios, database architecture, and e-commerce initiatives. Mr. Ballou is adept at developing data-driven customer acquisition and sales growth models and marketing planning tools. As Director Client Services for a subsidiary of DDB-Needham, he planned and supervised integrated strategies for elite U.S. companies and brands such as Eli Lilly, Pfizer, Navistar, Pork. The Other White Meat© , BlueCross/BlueShield, and Cargill. Mr. Ballou's firm Unell & Ballou was named one of Business Marketing magazine's Top 10 U.S. "Up & Comers" and Mr. Ballou was personally named a Business Marketing Association "Business Marketer of the Year" in 1996.
