Founded in 2002, Fercon is a dynamic construction company that offer the knowledge and experience to successfully deliver on time, on budget and quality construction projects. Fercon has an extensive track record in the completion of projects in the commercial, industrial and retail, civic and civil engineering and landscaping sectors across Melbourne and regional Victoria. Fercon adopt a partnership approach to its projects; developing successful relationships with asset owners and investors, architects and designers alike to understand their needs and objectives and deliver the optimum solution. We have the ability to successfully manage projects for both the Local Government and private sector. We are currently undertaking civil, building and civic projects throughout Victoria. These include major civil infrastructure projects, building projects for both Local and State Government Departments, childcare and education facilities, retail and industrial developments. We are constantly striving for excellence in everything that we do, whilst ensuring quality, safety and the environment are at the forefront of our thinking.
