We specialise in valuation management providing valuations for both residential and commercial properties with over 97% surveyor coverage around the country. We manage from instruction to final report and beyond with the minimum input required from you. Each valuation is undertaken by a fully qualified RICS approved surveyor with a minimum Professional Indemnity cover of £1 million for residential and £2 million for commercial valuations. In addition to this, Fastsurveyors has its own £5 million Professional Indemnity Insurance for added protection.
