Precision CNC machining. Complete manufacturing solutions. Established in 1993, Faltec Engineering is a Level 2 B-BBEE manufacturing company based in Jet Park, Boksburg. We manufacture components to drawing for OEM supply, repeat production and specialised industrial requirements, with a focus on controlled quality, responsive lead times and reliable delivery. Our five CNC machines provide turning, 3- and 4-axis vertical milling and horizontal machining capabilities. Conventional machining, slotting, spline cutting and fabrication complement our CNC operations. An established specialist supply network extends our offering to gear cutting, heat treatment, grinding, surface treatment, hard chroming and 3D printing—all coordinated through Faltec. Inspection takes place throughout production, from first-off approval and in-process checks to final inspection and release. Senior management remains directly involved in production, quality and delivery, giving customers clear accountability and direct communication. We have maintained a preferred-supplier relationship with an international rail equipment manufacturer for more than 25 years. Our experience also spans mining equipment, pumps and slurry, hydraulic systems, conveyors, construction and agriculture. We are implementing an ISO 9001 quality management system, with certification targeted for the end of 2026.
