Fairco Landscape Group has installed and cared for landscapes across the Southwest since 1978. We're family-owned and headquartered in Phoenix, with an ops center in Litchfield Park and an office in San Diego, and licenses to work in Arizona, California, and Nevada. Gene Bearinger founded Fairco nearly 50 years ago, and he remains its sole owner today. A single owner from day one gives a company a long memory. Our people stay too. Our crews work through Phoenix summers on sites that take years to finish. Every one of those jobs carries our name, and we treat it that way. Our work covers the full life of a landscape, from installation through long-term care, across five divisions: Landscape Development: landscape construction, park + lake construction, project management and native salvage Landscape Management: recurring maintenance for HOAs, community associations and property managers Water Management: irrigation and water programs Enhancements: planned projects that upgrade and improve existing outdoor spaces Tree Care: arbor and plant health care led by ISA Certified Arborists Every project runs on the FAIR system: Flexible, Approachable, Integrity and Respect.
