FCR was founded by Drago Zgrabljic, whose business success spans from 1982 to the present. As operating officer of Northwestern Construction Co. and Brickworks, Inc., two successful construction services companies, and working for other prominent contacting and development firms, Drago understands customer needs and excels at customer service. Although building and construction services were originally the main focus, Drago quickly realized that building owners have a variety of needs which required a broad range of skills to fully assist them. Facility Management was formed as the qualifications and knowledge of its team players expanded. Through the alignment of strategic associates, we can now offer building owners and managers a full complement of services including initial concept planning and design, as well as permit-ready architectural plans and specifications.
