Why IF?
Innovative Facilitation believes in the power of continually asking - "WHAT if?" The question arose from the word "entelechy" – the becoming actual of one's potential. As natural optimists, the concept of asking “WHAT if?” lead us to think about possibilities versus barriers around the concept of inspiring action for individdual, team and organizational performance.
Potential is defined as "capable of being or becoming; a latent excellence or ability that may or may not be developed". In any work environment, our potential can be inhibited by many things including, our mindset, knowledge, skill, roles, responsibilities, position or organizational structure. Innovative Facilitaiton, trusts that, in the end, what deeply matters is if we are conscious of and believe in our own ability, we can control our performance in any aspect of our lives. The more you are self-aware, the more you can build on your strengths, and look for ways to share those strengths across an organization.
We ask the question "WHAT if…" to:
