The McLeod Group is made up of professionals with many years of experience in government, civil society and academia, working across the fields of international development, diplomacy and foreign policy. We meet on a regular basis to formulate positions on some of the most pressing challenges facing this generation of Canadians and those to come - urgent challenges that are global in nature.

The CJHR is published by Robson Hall, Faculty of Law at the University of Manitoba. The journal is a peer-reviewed forum for scholars to explore concerns in human rights and humanitarian law and policy relevant to Canadian society. In addition to traditional legal scholarship, the CJHR welcomes submissions from varying disciplines, including the liberal arts and social sciences. Articles are published both online and in print. ICLMG is a national coalition of Canadian civil society organizations that was established after the adoption of the Anti-Terrorism Act of 2001. Our mission is to protect and promote human rights in the context of the so-called war on terror. The coalition brings together 45 NGOs, unions, professional associations, faith groups, environmental organizations, human rights and civil liberties advocates, as well as groups representing immigrant and refugee communities in Canada.
