Steve started a second publishing in 2002 with Cheri Moore who has partnered with Steve for over 20 years and subsequently sold it in 2005 to a national real estate magazine publisher in Florida. In 2009 Steve and Cheri started Blue Heron Publications, LLC with the first publication entitled Carmel City Magazine with the endorsement of Mayor Jim Brainard and the city of Carmel. Steve and Cheri have since started Executive Portfolio REAL ESTATE + HOME + STYLE + DESIGN. Steve Holloway is a licensed Indiana real estate broker, a member of Meridian Hills Country Club where he is a past president and member of the Board of Directors; and a member of the Kiawah Island Club on Kiawah Island, South Carolina near Charleston. Steve also served four years on the Indianapolis St. Vincent Hospital Finance Committee. Steve and his wife, Jackie, reside in Carmel, Indiana and enjoy golf and spending time with their two children's families with three grandchildren who live in the Indianapolis area.
