WE HELP ORGANIZATIONS FIND TALENT QUICKLY AND AFFORDABLY! OUR MISSION: Our mission is simple but drives our actions every day and in every way: 1) We do our best to deliver high-quality products and services at a reasonable price point; 2) We create a workplace that creates opportunities for growth and development for people who have been historically overlooked; and 3) We operate frugally and deliver a reasonable profit that we use to grow our business and continue to do good. WHO WE ARE: We are a collective group driven to deliver value to our stakeholders. We are diverse, but our goals are fully aligned. We share a common set of values: Passion to be of service; Curious to learn and grow; Commitment to deliver what we promise. We are proud of what we do, but humble enough to know that there is always room for improvement. We bring energy to our work every day and we are happy to be here. WHAT WE DO: Our recruitment solutions are as simple as 1, 2 or 3: 1) Talent Sourcing (TalentScan): We systematically evaluate the marketplace and build a list of target talent for your team. To make it easier, we include available data and contact methods in an easy to track format. We do this quickly - often showing results in less than 24 hours. Our TalentScan allows your recruiters to quickly focus on what they must do - ensure they have the right hire for your role. 2) Talent Engagement (TalentScan Plus): It’s a tight labor market and you can’t expect that talent will come to you. TalentScan Plus reaches out to target talent and helps sell your opportunity. Like search but at a fraction of the price. A quick way to ensure that you have a healthy pipeline of talent for your roles. 3) Recruiting Support (TalentTeam): Our most popular product. A dedicated team focussed on what you need done. An effective way to augment your recruiting department at a reasonable price point. Contact us today and let us know which option makes sense for you.
