RocketPower was a talent solutions and recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) company based in California that helped high-growth companies manage their hiring needs. Offerings included embedding recruiting teams for scaling companies, delivering executive search services for specialized tech and sales roles, and improving hiring workflows through HR consulting. RocketPower was acquired by Kelly® in 2022 and operated as an independent brand until Kelly acquired Motion Recruitment Partners and its Sevenstep® RPO business in 2024. At that point, RocketPower integrated with Sevenstep and then fully merged into the KellyOCG® workforce solutions business, which includes outsourced solutions for external workforce (MSP) and permanent hiring (RPO) management and transformation.
