Visitor Economy Pathways (VEP) is a UK Charitable Incorporated Organisation building structured career pathways into hospitality, tourism, and events for young people aged 16–25. We exist for the young people who’ve never been properly introduced to one of Britain’s most significant industries. Those who face real barriers to employment. Those who need more than a job board — they need a pathway. Through employer partnerships, immersive career experiences, and our flagship annual Summit, VEP connects young people with the opportunities the visitor economy genuinely offers — and connects employers with the talent pipeline they need. Our work spans three industries. VEP is the evolution of Events 101, built on six years of community, relationships, and deep belief in what this sector can offer young people. The visitor economy is worth working for.
