Chilli Bees is a boutique catering company based in SW London, founded in 2011. We started small — very small. Our founder Ellie began catering from her mum's kitchen, juggling the limited heat of an Aga and borrowed fridge space, having worked her way up from the bottom to head chef over three seasons at The Peligoni Club in Greece. When the kitchen couldn't keep up with demand, every penny of savings went into a first industrial unit. What felt like a wildly expensive leap turned out to be the right one. Fourteen years on, we work on weddings, corporate events, garden parties and private dining across London and beyond. Many of our clients have been with us since the beginning. What sets us apart isn't one thing — it's the combination. Food that's genuinely delicious and unfussy, made with care. Service that's warm, attentive and a little bit invisible: glasses topped up before anyone notices, staff who read the room, events that flow without the client having to think about them.
